To a targeted list of Hartford-based Travelers employees:
This is a reminder that you have been previously asked to enroll in and attend a session of Appreciating Differences as part of the company’s diversity strategy and commitment to creating an inclusive work environment.
You are required to complete this course and should attempt to enroll in a session upon receiving this message. Enrollment is currently open to Hartford-based employees for the April-June 2011 sessions. Additional sessions will be added and announced at later date until all Hartford employees have had a chance to attend the course.
Thank you in advance for your participation in this important training program.
Since I just finished watching all of the movies that Wes Anderson directed, I figured it would be a good thing to sit down and rank them. It ended up on LJ because it would be annoying to cram into Twitter. :P
1. Fantastic Mr. Fox (I'm such a fucking furry)
2. The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou
3. Bottle Rocket
4. The Royal Tenenbaums
5. The Darjeeling Limited
Just thought I'd give a quick update on my poor car, since I've spoken to the body shop now. There was (at least) $6585.92 worth of damage done to my car, and once they get the parts, it will take 11 days to repair. I guess that means I'm stuck with this Prius for around three weeks.
Anyways, I think I'm going to get rid of this car once it is finished being repaired, though I'm not sure what I'd get. I like the Dodge Challenger, but it gets about two miles to the gallon, and you have to pay quite a bit to get a decent one. I also kinda like the Ford Fiesta, but the fact that it has an automatically shifted manual transmission concerns me. I'm also not sure if it'll be sporty enough for me after the MINI. There is always the option of going with another MINI, but I'm not sure about that either.
Okay, got my Disney trip booked. Me and Ante are staying at Port Orleans Riverside from September 2 to 8. Got that booked a few days ago, but I just got my dinner reservations figured out today. There is a chance things may change slightly, but at the moment, our list is:
Thursday Dinner: The Crystal Palace
Friday Dinner: San Angel Inn
Saturday Dinner: Coral Reef
Sunday Dinner: 'Ohana
Monday Lunch: Sci-Fi Dine-In
Monday Dinner: 50's Prime Time Café
Tuesday Dinner: Boatwright's
Wednesday Lunch: Planet Hollywood
I'm really excited. I'm going to get to see the new Space Mountain, eager to see what has changed. I'm also going to be there after Captain EO reopens, and before Star Tours closes. I can't believe that they're adding podracing to it.
